We are putting together a really cool auction for art. It will be held at our auction house on Saturday, September 24th at 1:00pm. The address of our auction house is:

15 Broad Street in Akron Ohio.

We’ve already got some really good pieces entered into it. But we have room for more! If y0u’d like to put some art in the auction just email me: sage@rubbercityauctions.com or call me: 330-416-7519.

There is no cost to enter your art and you can set a minimum reserve so you don’t sell your art for any less than you want to get out of it. If the piece sells we charge a 25% commission.

This auction is going to focus on pieces that are under $100.

I don’t really know what the art buying scene is like yet in Akron. So I want to make this accessible to as many people as possible.

We’re going to have all kinds of different art. Doors will open at 11:00am on the 24th so you can take a look at the art before the auction.

You’ll want to get there a little early to make sure you are registered. The auction starts right at 1:00pm.

We are planning an Art Only auction the last Saturday of August (August 27) at the Rubber City Auction House at 1:00pm.

We are looking for any artists that would like to consign their art for the auction. You can have minimum bids for your art and there is no fee to enter your art into the auction.

We’re going to mix it up a little bit here at Rubber City Auctions. We’re going to try some online only auctions.
